8.4 Joint resolution authorizing an agreement with Mission Critical Partners, LLC, of Port Matilda, Pennsylvania for Staff Augmentation Services for the Lake County Justice Agencies in the initial annual amount not to exceed $350,000 and authorizing an emergency appropriation in the amount of $100,000 in the Court Automation Fund.
