60 Resolution amending the original employment agreements made between the County of Lake, Illinois (“Employer”), and Gary Gibson (Employee), Lake County Administrator.
61 Resolution authorizing the appointment of Patrice Sutton as County Administrator.

63 Joint resolution approving an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) for renewed contractual police services between the Lake County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) and the Village of Deer Park (Deer Park) from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026, in the amount of $4,374,889.53.
64 Joint resolution authorizing a contract with Strategic Advocacy Group LLC, Springfield, Illinois for state level advocacy and legislative consulting services in the annual amount of $75,000.

Connelly, Inc. dba Connelly Electric Company, of Addison, Illinois, in the amount of $2,450,000 for the Northwest Remote Sites Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Network Project and an emergency appropriation of $2,450,000 of Public Works funds.
70 Joint resolution appropriating $15,000,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds made available through the REBUILD Illinois Transportation Bond Funds, $3,100,000 of County Bridge Tax funds, and $8,300,000 of Matching Tax funds for the improvement of Arlington Heights Road from Lake Cook Road to 500 feet north of Illinois Route 83, which will be improved under the Illinois Highway Code for a total of 1.9 miles.
71 Resolution to vacate an unimproved portion of Midway Street located in the Allen City Subdivision in Cuba Township.

73 Resolution authorizing an emergency appropriation of revenue in the amount of $7,500,000 as a result of unbudgeted settlement funds and the same amount in expense for an undesignated purpose.

75 Ordinance recommending a Real Property Tax Levy, attached hereto, and made part of this Ordinance, providing for the apportionment of taxes across the various items of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Appropriation Ordinance as adopted by the County Board of Lake County, Illinois.
76 Ordinance recommending the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Lake County, Illinois; said budget having been made conveniently available for public inspection for at least 15 days by posting in the Office of the County Clerk and on the County website.
77 Resolution providing for the appointments of Jim Hawkins and Kevin Considine as Lake County Representatives to the Base Proximate Economic Development Subcommittee under the Illinois Lieutenant Governor’s Military Economic Development Committee (MEDC).
