8.1 Approve Minutes of March 12, 2019

8.2 Approve a motion to (i) release Board closed session minutes, (ii) retain as confidential all other Board closed session minutes not previously released, and (iii) erase Verbatim Recordings, in accordance with The Open Meetings Act and the District’s Policy on Closed Meeting Minutes and Verbatim Records, as provided in Exhibit 1.

9.1 Approve a Resolution Awarding a Contract for Professional Real Estate Brokerage Services to Barrington RE Investment Services LLC, Long Grove, Illinois, for the purpose of leasing the second floor of the District’s General Offices.

9.2 Approve a Resolution amending the 2019 Legislative Program to amend the Downstate Forest Preserve District Act to change the threshold requirement for competitive sealed bidding.

9.3 Approve a Resolution amending the 2019 Legislative Program by adding, as an objective to the Program, to amend the Downstate Forest Preserve District Act for the purpose of potentially increasing the maximum allowable tax rates for the General Corporate and Land Development levies by no more than .02%.

9.4 Approve a Resolution amending the 2019 Legislative Program to seek legislation amending the Downstate Forest Preserve District Act for the purpose of providing clear authority and means for the District to remove the President for cause.

9.5 Approve a Resolution Awarding a Contract for Research Services for a Countywide Awareness, Attitude and Usage Survey to aQity Research & Insights, Inc, Evanston, Illinois, in the Contract Price of $39,000.00

9.6 Approve a Resolution awarding a Contract to Purchase two 2020 Ford Police Interceptor Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicles to Currie Motors, Frankfort, Illinois, in an amount not to exceed $72,994.00 under a Suburban Purchasing Cooperative contract.

9.7 Approve a Resolution awarding a Contract to Purchase three 2019 Ford Police Responder Hybrid Sedans to Roesch Ford, Bensenville, Illinois, in an amount not to exceed $81,879.00 under a Suburban Purchasing Cooperative contract.

9.8 Approve a Resolution Supporting the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission’s Des Plaines River Watershed-Based Plan.

9.9 Approve a Resolution Awarding a Contract for the Rollins Savanna-Gurnee Trail Connection to Copenhaver Construction, Inc., in the Contract Price of $393,791.00.
