8.12 22-1174 Joint resolution authorizing the acceptance, and emergency appropriation of a State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2023 HB0900 Public Act 102-0698, Violence Prevention and Reduction Grant, for the State’s Attorney’s Office (SAO) Gun Violence Prevention Initiative (GVPI), from the State General Revenue Fund administered through the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) in the amount of $450,000 in state funds for the period of September 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.

8.13 22-1175 Joint resolution authorizing the acceptance, and emergency appropriation of a State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2023 HB0900 Public Act 102-0698, Violence Interruption Program Grant, from the State Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency Fund consisting of ARPA Federal Funds for the State’s Attorney’s Office (SAO) Gun Violence Prevention Initiative (GVPI), administered through the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) in the amount of $450,000 in federal funds for the period of September 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
